On June 1, 2022, I Globally established the foundation for studies, research, discoveries,
and inventions in the field of "Uprising water by plants Methods for optimal use, and
making variety Tastes, and impressive Colors that the Earth gifts us.", which since
creation, millennia, and centuries, thinkers and intellectual institutions were unaware of,
and silent on it.

The laws, especially the laws, rules, and regulations of intellectual property of the
human societies even in advanced countries, as the same as United States of America
(USA), were silent, and voiceless about it, prior than June First, 2022..

In the past, based on the needs of the human societies or countries, and accordingly
the intellectual foundation of the innovators, it has been based on the improvement
of seeds, seedings, the quality of planting, drafting’s, how to transplant, and the
advantage of various types of transplants, for the mass production of the best.

Today, the idea of returning to the preservation of nature, facing with the climate
changes, and the prospect of existence, or the creating of water in other celestial spheres
in order to create the necessary facilities for settlement, and future discoveries is firmly
established, that is why we are here in Front.

On June First, 2022, I registered 4 Domain Names (watreeup.com, watreeup.us,
watreeup.net, and watreeup.org), through the Identity for everyone Https://whois.com.

 
On the other day June second, 2022, I applied to United States Patent and Trademark Office
(USPTO), my innovative used of several Fonts with different colors in one word
WATREEUP “WATREEUP”, for Trademark, and received Serial Number 97451699-
06/09/2022, and my innovative Discovery “Uprising water by plants methods…” for Plant
Patent, and received Customer Number 188393-06/17/2022.

The USPTO also issued for Micro-entity plant patent, second Customer Number 1
91359-12/23/2022.

I am applicant. I did all applicant duties properly on time until now. I have received
repeatedly Mistake Emails, unreasonably change of minds, wrong refusals, and
frequently abandonments. At the same time, I am unable to how explain to PTO
that based on my Emails Dated June 02, 2022, I have applied exactly as:
